Cirque du Soleil

Through the most incredible luck, or should I say the blessing of the Universe, I was able to go to see Cirque du Soleil's Varekai. A friend of Bunny's had given her free tickets. She told us they were for Tuesday, but when we got to the front gate we found out they were for Wednesday.

Bunny had a prior engagement on Wednesday, so she let me have the tickets, and another friend went with me. The show was totally amazing. I sat slack-jawed as people flew over my head, juggled strange objects in strange ways, and did things with their bodies that I wouldn 't have thought possible. The music, costumes, lighting, and special effects combined to make a truly magical experience.
