I'll be there!

This is from the bloggers of Campaign for America’s Future:

The grassroots call for progressive change grows louder and louder, and no grassroots force has been more crucial to lighting the progressive spark than the “Netroots.”

And from July 17th to 20th, the biggest gathering of progressive bloggers will convene in Austin, TX for Netroots Nation (formerly known as YearlyKos).

CAF bloggers Rick Perlstein and Digby will share a panel with Paul Krugman and Duncan (Atrios) Black to figure out “How the Media Learned to Bend Over Backward to Please the Right.” David Sirota will be speaking on the progressive movement in the states and the middle-class squeeze. Cliff Schecter will be conducting media training sessions. Isaiah Poole, Sara Robinson and Bill Scher will be attending as well.

We’ll all be part of this critical conference that will strengthen the progressive blogosphere’s ability to drive the national debate, and you can be part of it too.

The momentum for progressive change is strong, but the conservative misinformation machine is still humming. We need a strong Netroots community to counter the lies, spread the facts, and push the parameters of debate. Netroots Nation is that community, and your voice is needed.
