States Moving Towards Legalizing Medical Marijuana

More states are moving toward legalizing the use of marijuana for medical purposes,in response to the Obama Administration's decision to limit prosecution of distributors, USA Today reports. New Jersey, Illinois and Minnesota are among states considering new laws.
